Okay, so school lunch isn’t exactly a seven-course extravaganza at The French Laundry. We get it. But shouldn’t certain standards be in place? Like, oh I don’t know, how about not serving meat that is over six-years old? Yup. That happened. Hawkins County in Eastern Tennessee. Yummm. (I’m sorry, I mean Vommmit.)
